VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Oriens OÜ is the official reseller of Laura Ashley in Estonia. 1.1 These general terms and conditions ("General Conditions") apply to all legal relationships that arise between Oriens OÜ, selling products in the online shopping environment located at www.lauraashley.ee ("seller"), and any persons visiting the Laura Ashley online store or making purchases from it ("customer", also referred to as "consumer" in case of a consumer) in any manner. Conditions applicable to consumers apply if the customer is a consumer within the meaning of § 1 subsection 5 of the Law of Obligations Act. 1.2 In addition to the General Conditions, the relationships between the seller and the customer are regulated by the legal acts in force in the Republic of Estonia. 1.3 The use and operation of the Laura Ashley online store are further described on the website www.lauraashley.ee. 1.4 The contact details of the seller are always available on the website www.lauraashley.ee. The seller, Oriens OÜ, has a registration code of 11257185, and its operating addresses are Lootsi 3A, Tallinn 10151, and Tehase 16, Tartu 51013.

2.1 Ordering goods from the Laura Ashley online store technically involves the following steps: 2.1.1 Upon finding the desired product in the Laura Ashley online store, the customer can add it to their shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button (in the shopping cart, the customer can change the quantities of selected products or remove products at any time before placing the order); 2.1.2 Once all desired products are in the shopping cart, the customer can proceed to place the order by clicking the "Checkout" button; 2.1.3 Subsequently, the customer can choose the method of placing the order, the method of delivery or handover of the goods, and the payment method; 2.1.4 After making the aforementioned choices, all details of the order being placed and the conditions of the contract to be entered into, including all relevant prices, these General Conditions, and the conditions for consent to personal data processing contained in the last chapter of the General Conditions, will be shown to the customer for review and correction of any input errors; 2.1.5 If the customer is confident in the accuracy of the order details and agrees to all conditions applicable to the contract, including these General Conditions, the customer can place the order by first clicking the "Agree to Conditions" button and then pressing the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button; 2.1.6 The customer will receive a confirmation of the acceptance of the order ("order confirmation") at the email address specified in the order by the customer. 2.2 The Laura Ashley online store can be used in Estonian and English. 2.3 A sales contract between the seller and the customer is considered concluded from the moment the customer places the order by ticking the boxes "I agree to the terms of the contract" and "I consent to the processing of my personal data under the conditions stated in the general conditions" and pressing the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button and paying the full price of the order (or if the customer enters into a hire purchase agreement) using the payment method chosen by the customer. 2.4 The seller retains the text of each contract concluded with a customer at least until the fulfillment of the contract and delivery of the goods. Immediately after the conclusion of the contract, an email will be sent to the customer. Later, the customer can review the text of the contract by submitting a corresponding request to the seller in a manner that allows the seller to reasonably assure the customer's identity.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 All prices listed in the Laura Ashley online store are in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable in the Republic of Estonia. 3.2 The customer can pay for the order in the following ways: 3.2.1 Through a bank link in the online banks of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, and Coop Bank or by credit card. The payment recipient is Maksekeskus AS, authorized by the Seller to accept payments on its behalf. After placing the order, the customer is redirected to the webpage of the bank chosen by them to make the payment in full. After the payment is made, an invoice for the made payment is sent to the customer's email address specified in the order. 3.2.2 Through Laura Ashley's hire purchase (Inbank AS). More detailed conditions are available on the website www.inbank.ee 3.3 The customer can choose the payment method for the order at the time of placing the order. 3.4 The seller does not independently offer the hire purchase services provided by Inbank AS to customers. These services are provided by Inbank AS accordingly.
DELIVERY AND HANDOVER OF GOODS
4.1 The customer can receive the goods ordered from the Laura Ashley online store in the following ways: 4.1.1 Delivery in Tallinn/Harju County is done directly to the customer's home by Oriens' transport. When the goods arrive at the warehouse, the customer is sent an email and/or called to agree on the delivery time and method. The goods must be paid for 100% before being dispatched from the warehouse. 4.1.2 In other regions across Estonia, the customer's ordered goods are delivered by Itella Smartpost or another courier chosen by Oriens OÜ, from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 6 PM. When the goods arrive at the warehouse, the customer is sent an email and/or called to agree on the delivery time and method. Once the goods and transportation have been paid for 100%, they are handed over to the courier, who will contact the customer within 2-3 business days. 4.1.3 Pick up from the warehouse. During the ordering process, the customer can choose to pick up the goods from the Oriens OÜ warehouse. The warehouse is located at: Punane 42, warehouse 8, Tallinn. The warehouse is open for goods dispatch: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM-6:00 PM; Closed on Tue Once the customer has confirmed the order, they cannot change their chosen warehouse option. The goods are handed over to the customer based on the printed invoice from the Laura Ashley online store and an identity document of the customer. If the customer has lost the invoice from the Laura Ashley online store or if a third party, not mentioned in the order, is picking up the goods, it is necessary to contact the Laura Ashley online store using the contact details listed on the website lauraashley.ee. 4.2 All goods ordered from the Laura Ashley online store are delivered to the warehouse specified by the customer in the order. When the goods arrive at the Oriens warehouse chosen by the customer, the customer is notified of the arrival of the goods. Before the goods are dispatched from the warehouse, the customer can inspect the ordered goods. The opening hours and contacts of stores and warehouses are published on the Laura Ashley online store website www.lauraashley.ee. 4.3 The seller fulfills the customer's order as soon as it is technically possible. Generally, it is possible to fulfill the order within 2-3 days from the time the order is transmitted to the seller if the ordered goods are available in the Laura Ashley online store's warehouse. If the goods are not available in the Laura Ashley online store's warehouse at the time of placing the order, the time required to fulfill the order depends on the product and can be 2-8 weeks. In individual cases, fulfilling the order may take more time. The seller may specify the expected time required to fulfill the order on the website www.lauraashley.ee. 4.4 If it becomes apparent that the seller cannot fulfill the order, the seller will inform the customer of this and refund the consumer the amount paid without delay, but no later than within 14 days. In such a case, the seller is considered to have withdrawn from the contract. 4.5 The seller may deliver to the customer an item of at least the same quality and price instead of the ordered item, or provide a service of at least the same quality and price. In such a case, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by sending a corresponding notice immediately after receiving the notice of replacement of the goods or service or receiving the goods. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the seller bears the costs of returning the item.
ASSEMBLY SERVICE FOR GOODS
5.1 The customer can order an assembly service for the goods, which will be assembled on-site at the location specified by the customer by specialists from Oriens OÜ. 5.2 The price of the assembly service for goods is added to the price of the delivery service. The price list for the assembly service for goods is published on the website www.lauraashley.ee. 5.3 If the customer is a consumer who has the right to use the right of withdrawal according to the conditions stated in section 6 and the consumer has ordered the assembly service for the goods, the consumer must consider that if the assembly of the goods starts before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer is obligated to compensate the seller for reasonable costs related to the assembly service in the event of withdrawal from the contract.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
6.1 If the customer is a consumer, according to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, they have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded via a means of communication within 14 days. In the case of goods, the period starts from the day the goods reached the consumer, and the consumer has been provided with proper information about the right to withdraw from the contract (§ 54 subsection 1 item 12 of the Law of Obligations Act). The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract according to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, among other things, in the case of a contract for: 6.1.1 The transfer of an item that has been manufactured considering the personal needs of the consumer being a party to the contract; 6.1.2 The transfer of an item that has been manufactured according to the conditions provided by the consumer; 6.1.3 The transfer of an item that, by its nature, is combined with another item after transfer in such a way that they cannot be separated from each other. 6.2 If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the amount paid by the consumer will be refunded to the consumer's bank account through Maksekeskus AS, but no later than 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal from the contract reaches the seller. The consumer must return what they have received from the seller without delay, but no later than 14 days from sending the notice of withdrawal. The consumer is considered to have returned the item in a timely manner if they send the item back using the usual method of sending within the mentioned period or hand it over personally to the address mentioned in section 6.4.2. According to § 111 of the Law of Obligations Act, the seller may refuse to make the refund until the consumer has returned the item that was the subject of the contract or provided proof that they have sent the item back, unless the seller has agreed to collect the item that was the subject of the contract themselves. 6.3 In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer bears the ordinary costs of returning the item that was the subject of the contract. The consumer does not have the obligation to bear the costs of returning if the delivered item or provided service does not correspond to what was ordered. 6.4 To exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded in the Laura Ashley online store: 6.4.1 Send a notice of withdrawal via email to info@oriens.ee or in another manner that allows the seller to reasonably assure the consumer's identity. The consumer uses the standard form for the notice of withdrawal provided to them along with the order confirmation or available on the Laura Ashley online store website www.lauraashley.ee for making the notice of withdrawal; 6.4.2 Informing in advance about the time of return, return the goods received under the contract from the Laura Ashley online store, in original packaging, to the Laura Ashley online store warehouse at Punane 42, warehouse 8, Tallinn. 6.5 The consumer is considered to have withdrawn from the consumer credit contract related to the contract according to § 57 of the Law of Obligations Act if the item is acquired or the service is received on credit, and the consumer withdraws from the sales or service provision contract according to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act.
NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
7.1 The seller is responsible for non-conformance of the item to the contract terms if the non-conformance existed at the time of the transfer of the risk of accidental destruction and damage to the customer. The seller is not responsible for non-conformance of the item to the contract terms that becomes apparent after two years have passed from the transfer of the goods to the customer. 7.2 The consumer must notify the seller of the non-conformance of the item to the contract terms within two months after they became aware of the non-conformance. If the customer is not a consumer, they must notify of the non-conformance within a reasonable time after they became aware or should have become aware of it. 7.3 In the event of a defect in the item, the customer must send a notice to the email address of the store from which the purchase was made, describing the discovered defect and, if possible, adding picture(s) of the defect. The notice must also include the sales contract or order number and the customer's contact details. After receiving the notice, the seller will contact the customer within 7 days to agree on further actions for inspecting and remedying the defect. 7.4 If the item does not conform to the contract terms and the seller is responsible for it, the customer can use the legal remedies against the seller provided by law. The customer can especially demand repair or replacement of the item if it is possible and reasonable and does not cause unreasonable costs. Instead of repair, the seller may replace the item with another item that conforms to the contract terms. 7.5 If the seller replaces a defective item with an item that conforms to the contract terms, the seller may demand the return of the defective item from the customer. 7.6 If the customer rightfully demands the repair or replacement of the item, the seller bears the costs related to the repair or replacement, in particular transportation, mailing, labor, travel, and material costs.
OTHER CONDITIONS
8.1 The product images presented in the online store are for illustrative purposes only. 8.2 In case of any questions related to the Laura Ashley online store, the customer can contact the seller using the contact details mentioned on the website www.lauraashley.ee. For the fastest service, the seller recommends calling or sending an email to info@oriens.ee 8.3 The seller has the right to change and supplement the General Conditions, the price lists of the Laura Ashley online store, and other conditions related to the Laura Ashley online store. Changes and supplements become effective from their publication on the website http://www.lauraashley.ee. If the customer placed their order before the changes or supplements became effective, the General Conditions, price lists, and other related conditions that were in force at the time the customer placed their order apply to the legal relationship between the customer and the seller, except as otherwise provided by law or these General Conditions. 8.4 Disputes that may arise between the customer and the seller in using the Laura Ashley online store will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be settled in Harju County Court. In addition, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Complaints Commission operating under the Consumer Protection Authority (http://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee/en/authority/consumer-complaints-commission). 8.5 After the customer places an order in the Laura Ashley online store, the seller has the right to not hand over the ordered goods or provide the service, and return the fee paid by the customer for the order to the customer within 7 days from the emergence of the problem, if: 8.5.1 The price or availability of the ordered product has significantly changed for the seller after placing the order; 8.5.2 The order was placed based on incorrect information that was published in the Laura Ashley online store due to human error or technical malfunction (for example, if the price of the product was mistakenly marked as 10 euros instead of the actual 100 euros).
