Right to Submit a Claim

According to § 218 of the Law of Obligations Act, the seller is responsible for any non-conformity of the goods with the contract terms that becomes apparent within 2 years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. It is presumed that any non-conformity of the goods with the contract terms that becomes apparent within 6 months from the day the goods were delivered to the buyer existed at the time of delivery, unless such a presumption is inconsistent with the nature of the goods or the defect.

In case of a defect, you should:

Send a relevant claim to the email address of the store where the purchase was made. Describe the discovered defect in as much detail as possible in the claim. If possible, include photos of the product defects. State the sales contract number and contact details in the claim. For purchases made from the online store, state the order number and contact details. After receiving your claim, we will contact you within 5 working days to agree on further action to inspect and repair the defect.
